Career Opportunity 

TAB Products Co LLC, a leading manufacturer of document management solutions, located in Mayville, WI has an immediate opening for a Welder/Metal Fabricator on second shift, must be able to train on 1st shift. This position will involve a full range of welding and metal fabrication. Various duties of this position include:

• Interpret manufacturing blueprints and bills of materials; pull and cut materials accordingly.
• Fixture and/or assemble components to produce finished welded assemblies per the job specifications.
• Weld various gauges of sheet metal with a wire-feed welder, and also become familiar with heliarc, acetylene and stick welders.
• Set-up and operate various metal fabrication equipment such as shear press, brake press, punch press, etc.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of work experience in the welding and/or metal fabrication environment. The ability to read and interpret fabrication and/or welding blueprints is required. Experience with pneumatic and electric power tools is preferred. Must have good mechanical and communication skills.
