This case study highlights how TAB helped an international energy company realize the value of an inactive records strategy. This company went through a period of rapid growth, acquiring a number of assets and records from over 10 other companies. One of the key lessons learned was that the company might have saved approximately $1M if files were properly indexed and organized, and as a result made searchable, when the information was originally acquired.
